Dr. Zulfiqar Rana and Dr. Adeoye Aremu lead our urgent care service — staffed every weekday with an internal medicine physician who can evaluate and treat most acute problems in a single visit.
What we treat
- Colds, flu, COVID-19, sinus and ear infections
- Sore throat, bronchitis, and lower respiratory illness
- Urinary tract infections
- Sprains, minor lacerations, rashes
- Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dehydration
- Flare-ups of chronic conditions our clinic already manages
How it works
Call ahead to 256-236-5631 so the front desk can have a room ready, then walk in. Most visits include any labs or imaging ordered the same day — our on-site X-ray and lab are just down the hall.
If we determine your problem needs inpatient or emergency-department care, we'll coordinate the handoff directly with Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center next door.
